Returns or Exchanging an item
Do you want to exchange or return your purchase? We are glad to help you! You can exchange or return up to 14 days after the date of delivery.
Exchanging or returning can be done quickly and easily in the following 4 steps:
1. Send us an email at customerservices@qualitytaps.co.uk and tell us if you want to exchange or return your product (s). We will send you our return form via email.
2. Fill in the return form that comes with your package. The returns address will be detailed in the returns form. Fill in clearly which items you want to return and if you would like to exchange your items or want a refund.
3. Deliver your parcel to the carrier of your choice within 14 days after receiving your package.
4. After we have received your return shipment in our warehouse, we will process your return shipment within 14 working days. Our returns department will keep you informed by e-mail.
To protect yourself and your parcel(s), please make sure you use a delivery service that insures you for the value of the item(s) & the item(s) must be recorded and signed for.
Any items you wish to return it is your responsibility until they reach our warehouse and are signed for. Once your item(s) arrive back to our warehouse, exchanges/refunds will be processed as quickly as possible.
Cancellations
All customers are able to cancel or return an item to us for a full refund at any time. We have a 14 working day cancellation period. To make a cancellation or if you wish to return an item please email the below email.

Once you email us to confirm the cancellation, we will email you a return form so you can post your items to us within the 14 day cancellation period.
If customers do not return products within the 14 cancellation period from the day of purchase a full reimbursement may be delayed or not returned.
If products need to be un-installed by a qualified plumber, they must be done within the 14 cancellation period so the products can be returned to us in this time. Customers are responsible for products when they need to be uninstalled to be returned to us.
All products must be returned in their originally packaging and must not be faulty or damaged before any monetary reimbursement can be made. Once we receive the item, we will be in touch with you soon to process the return. There may be a delay in the customer obtaining the monetary reimbursement if products need to be sent to the manufacturer.( Quooker) to rectify any damage or faults.
The customer will bear the cost of returning an item for postage and packaging.
If products need to be un-installed by a qualified plumber or third party this fees will be at the cost to the customer. Any fees or cost that need to be paid to the manufacturer (Quooker) will assessed and could result in the customer paying for these costs.
Refunds:
Once received your items and assessed a we will process your refund. Please see our refund policy for further details.
Faulty or Damaged items
When returning products the customer must ensure that they are not faulty or damaged. All products must be return to us in their original state and if there is any damage to the products we may deduct the value of the damage before any reimbursement is made to the customer. If the damage is significant then the customer will not be entitled to the full reimbursement of the purchase price of the product(s).

If you have any issues with your item or problems in getting the item back to us within the required time frame, please get in contact with us as soon as possible. Decisions on processing refunds outside of the 14 day return period will be at our discretion.
